(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) – Care Connection for Aging Services is conducting a needs assessment for all seniors and caregivers in its 13-county service area.
The questionnaire seeks information from people 60 and older on issues such as medical and dental care, transportation, employment, utility costs, and home safety.
The questionnaires are available at local senior centers or download a copy from the www.goaging.org website.
Care Connection serves Bates, Benton, Carroll, Cedar, Chariton, Henry, Hickory, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Saline, St. Clair and Vernon counties.
