(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) – The Warrensburg Booster Club gave away nearly 650 T-shirts for Tiger Spirit Night during the girls and boys basketball games against Smith-Cotton Feb. 23.
To show their Tiger Spirit, a flash mob celebrated on the court during halftime of the boys game.
“We were really pleased with the turnout even though the game was rescheduled from Friday night to Saturday afternoon,” WBC President Adam Horn said.
Horn swent on to say those in attendance were excited to get a free T-Shirt.
“It was nice to see more than 600 people pack Tiger Gym all wearing red,” Horn said. “This is just one of many Tiger Spirit events the booster club hopes to have this year. We would like to thank the athletic administration for allowing fans to show their support for Tiger athletics by participating in a flash mob on the court during halftime. We wanted this event to be all about showing our Tiger Spirit and that’s what we saw Saturday.”
