Judy Mae Howe, 77, of Centerview, Missouri, died Friday, Dec. 28, at Kansas City Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home with Brother Charles Brant officiating. Interment will follow in La Monte Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tom Stockdall, Jerry Stockdall, Michael Stockdall, Zachary Reever, Peter Pugsley Jr., Robert Cass, Robert Duckworth and Ed Pennington.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at the funeral home.
She was born April 21, 1941, in Warrensburg, the daughter of James H. and Eva (Richie) Howe.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Walter Estep, of Centerview; two daughters, Christine (Dak) Reever, of Centerview; and Sarah (Terry) Henselman, of Shell Knob, Missouri; three sons, Tom (Roxanne) Stockdall, of Knob Noster; Jerry (Crissy) Stockdall, of Union, Missouri; and Samuel (Robin) Stockdall, of Keytesville, Missouri; a brother, David Howe, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; five sisters, Diane Perez, of Marshall, Missouri; Lillian Breashears, of Beebe, Arkansas; Lila (Darrel) Snider, of Dresden, Missouri; Eva Howe, of Moora, Missouri; and Edith (Jim) Hoke, of Licking, Missouri. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eva; two brothers, James Howe and Earl Howe; and a sister, Mary Cook.
