Ethel M. Wyre, 89, of Warrensburg, died Sunday, Aug. 21, at Western Missouri Medical Center.
Cremation is planned under the direction of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry and James “Jimmy” Wyre, of Warrensburg; two daughters, Vicky Hunt, of Warrensburg, and Carla Good and husband, Howard, of Centerview; and six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Alfred and Carl Thompson, and one great-grandson, Brian Hunt.
