Darrin Paul Brillhart

Darrin Paul Brillhart, 45, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, formerly of Holden, Missouri, died Oct. 3, at his home.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Ben Cast & Son Wood Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.
Interment will be at the Holden Cemetery.
Darrin was born March 14, 1970, to Francis Brillhart and Loretta (Clapper) Brillhart in Kansas City, Missouri.
Darrin graduated from Holden High School in 1988 and married Juliet (Julie) Stout July 24, 1992.
Darrin worked as an information technology director and worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Kansas City area and was a member of the Holden First Baptist Church, Holden.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Brillhart, and his stepmother, Carolyn Brillhart. Surviving his passing are his wife, Julie, of the home; his son, Jacob Brillhart, of the home; his daughter, Mackenzie Brillhart, of the home; father, Francis Brillhart, of Holden; two brothers, Forrest Brillhart and wife, Kathy, of Holden; Philip Brillhart and wife, Karen, of Holden; one sister, Cindy Connell and husband, Jim, of Holden; stepsister, Vivian Tucker, and husband, John, of Clinton, Missouri; Lisa Heiman and husband, David, of Lone Jack, Missouri; and Robin Jolley and husband, Bill, of Clinton.
 
Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Darrin P. Brillhart to the American Lyme Disease Foundation.
