(MARSHALL, Mo.) — The Warrensburg Tigers Varsity and Junior Varsity boy’s golf traveled to Marshall, Missouri March 26 to play at Indian Foothills Golf Course (Par 36, Back Nine).
The Tigers were victorious in their first match of the the year, winning the team portion by 10 strokes; 163 to 173 over Marshall. Sacred Heart was third with a 188.
Individual scores for the varsity were: second, Bailey Woods, 36 par; third, JD Pedersen, 1-over 36; seventh, Brett Ballard 8-over 36; and eighth, Hagan Zinecker, 10-over 36.
Cole Perkins was the low score for the event from Marshall with a 2-under 36. The Tigers will play at Sedalia Country Club on Monday, March 30 at 4 p.m.
