(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) — A reading by poet Don Bogen, author of four poetry collections, is scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the Gallery of Art & Design.
Bogen’s most recent collection is An Algebra, published by the University of Chicago Press, and a critical book on the poet Theodore Roethke.
Bogen has received grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Ingram Merrill Foundation, as well as two Fulbrights — one to Madrid, Spain, the other to Belfast, Northern Ireland.
He is the Nathaniel Ropes Professor of English and Comparative Literature at the University of Cincinnati.
