The Lady Tigers soccer team defeated the Center Yellow Jackets Tuesdsay adding a 4-0 win to their record.
Adri Bowen played a key role in earning this win.
“I love having Adri as our high striker,” said Emily Whitney. “She is big, intimidating, and can pummel any defender.”
The team has shown significant improvement since the season started.
“I think we finally found a proper place for everyone on the field,” Whitney said. “I can’t wait to see how we do the rest of the season.”
The Lady Tigers’ motto for this season, “Count On Me,” reminds them each game that while on the field they are playing for their teammates.
“Every game everyone gives 110 percent,” Katie Taylor said. “We will do everything possible for our teammates so we don’t let them down.”
