Crest Ridge defeated Barstow Tuesday on the road, winning in three games 22-25, 26-24 and 26-24.
“Our girls came out fighting,” said coach Angie Flick. “The girls knew Barstow was a tough team and we fought for every point. This was a great win for our team and I couldn’t be more proud of how they worked together to fight back to win. It showed a lot of heart! We had a great night on both offense and defense. Our total team digs were 49 and our total team kills were 27.
Breanna Wonderly had 11 kills, 11 digs and two aces; Mel Branscum had nine kills and seven digs; Lily Hunter had 11 digs, four kills and two aces; Kennedy Dick had nine assists and one kill; and Kelsie Seaman had nine digs.
