Mary Ann Dillingham

Mary Ann Dillingham, 84, of Warrensburg, died Monday, Aug. 5 at the Country Club Care Center.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home with Pastor Neil Wolfe and Brother Charles Brant officiating.
Pallbearers will be Michael Corson, Hans Malsey, Larry Dillingham, Bobby Stewart, Adolph Ogar and Roger Brant.
Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery southeast of Warrensburg.
She was born Nov. 29, 1928, in Leeton, Mo., the daughter of Elmer and Florence (Egbert) Stewart.
She was united in marriage to J.W. Dillingham on Dec. 21, 1947, at the Leeton Christian Church.  He preceded her in death on Aug. 15, 1995.
Mary Ann was a 1946 graduate of Leeton High School.  She then received her cosmetology certificate in 1947.  Mary Ann was the owner and operator of Dillingham Tours, which she operated for more than 25 years, traveling all around the country.  She was a member of the Pleasant Bethel Baptist Church for more than 50 years and recently a member of the First Baptist Church of Warrensburg.  Valley Homemakers and attending events at Arrow Rock were some of her favorite activities.
Mary Ann is survived by her two sons, Jack Dillingham and wife, Serena, and David Dillingham and wife, Simone, and two grandchildren, Cole and Hanna Dillingham, all of Warrensburg.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Adams Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home.
