Lloyd A. Bedsaul

Lloyd Allen Bedsaul, 95, of Holden, died Tuesday, March 5 at Holden Manor Care Center.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. Monday, March 11 at Ben Cast & Son – Wood Funeral Home in Holden, Mo.
Interment with military honors will follow in Holden Cemetery.
Friends may call the family at the funeral home from noon to 1 p.m. the day of the funeral.
He was born Jan. 10, 1918 in Pittsville, Mo. the son of George Washington and Bessie Lee (Salyer) Bedsaul.
He married Marilyn Lycan in Harrisonville, Mo. May 20, 1940. She preceded him in death Aug. 2, 1996. Lloyd lived in Kansas City, Mo. for 35 years and returned to the Holden community in 1986. He worked as a printing press operator thirteen years at Clark Printing Company in North Kansas City. He was a Marine veteran of World War II and a member of Holden United Methodist Church.
He is survived by one son, James Allen Bedsaul and wife Beverly, of Cedar Park, Texas; two daughters, Janice Davis and husband Ron, of Camdenton, Mo. and Julia Hufford and husband Tom, of Kansas City, Kan.; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by six brothers.
Memorial suggestion is to Holden Ministerial Alliance.
