Ruby P. Phelps, 89, of Warrensburg, Mo., died Friday, Jan. 25 at Johnson County Care Center in Warrensburg.
She moved to Warrensburg in 2004 and leaves no known relatives.
Cremation is under the direction of Ben Cast & Son – Wood Funeral Home, of Holden, Mo.
