Ty Preston Hickam, 41, of Kingsville, Missouri, died Sept. 16, at his home.
Ty was born April 18, 1974, in Independence, Missouri, the son of Ronald E. Hickam and Patricia L. (Webb) Hickam. He graduated from Lee’s Summit High School in 1992. Ty married Abby Gale Lyn and were living in the rural Kingsville area. Ty worked for Western Missouri Medical Center as a custodian.
Ty is survived by his wife, Abby Gale, of the home; his parents, Ronald and Patricia Hickam, of Kingsville; one son, Preston James Hickam, of the home; and two sisters, Christy Sipek, of Lee’s Summit, and Rhonda Williams, of Oak Grove, Missouri.
