Bettie Jane Green, 91, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Saturday, April 25, in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

She was born April 15, 1924, in Windsor, Missouri, the daughter of Hamilton Price and Alena (Rogers) Christian.
Bettie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.
Bettie is survived by four daughters, Bertha Green, of Warrensburg; Judy Moore, of Lordsburg, New Mexico; and Karolan Bolton and Teresa Tuter, both of Clinton, Missouri; two sons, Anthony Green and wife, Debbie, of Sikeston, Missouri; and William Green and wife, Teresa, of Wichita, Kansas; one sister, Nannie Alena (Christian) Coe, of Ludlow, Maine; 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands William H. Green and Ellis Green, one son, Ellis Eugene Green, brother and sister-in-law Sterling and Vivian Christian, and brother-in-law Robert Coe.
Cremation is planned and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements by Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home.
