Jackie Lee Jordan

Jackie Lee Jordan, 58, of Holden, Mo., died Wednesday, May 14, at St. Luke’’s East Hospital in Lee’’s Summit. 
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 19, at Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden with the Rev. Charles Brant officiating. Interment will follow at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Higginsville. 

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Jackie was born Aug. 19, 1955, in Independence, Mo., the daughter of Jack and Faye (Proctor) Thomason. She graduated from Van Horn High School in Independence. She was united in marriage to Terry Maxwell Jordan on July 28, 1984, in Independence. The couple made their home in Independence until moving near Holden in 1991. Jackie was employed with Serco, Inc., in Lee’’s Summit for many years. She enjoyed cross stitching, crossword puzzles, listening to her favorite music and frogs. 

Survivors include her mother, Faye Thomason of Clinton, Mo.; daughter, Jennifer Jordan of Holden, Mo.; son, Kyle Jordan of Holden; stepdaughter, Katrina Jordan of Independence; two stepsons, Joseph Jordan of Garden City, Mo., and Matt Jordan of Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Shirley Thomason of Holden, Carolyn Sanderson and husband, Bill, of Clinton, Mo., and Tina Thomason also of Clinton; and several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry, and her father, Jack.
