Rhonda Sue McBride

Rhonda Sue McBride, 47, of Holden, Mo., died Saturday, Nov. 23 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26 followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. at Forward Community Church, in Holden, Mo. Interment will be in Holden Cemetery.
She was born in Kansas City, Mo., on Oct. 3, 1966, the daughter of Judith Ann Thompson. She moved from Grandview, Mo., to Holden in 1970 and attended Holden High School. She married Robert McBride on Nov. 4, 1989 in Holden.
Mrs. McBride had worked at Stahl Specialty Company in Kingsville and currently was a cook at the Holden Senior Center.
She leaves her husband, Robert, of the home; two sons, Dustin Taylor (Amanda), of Warrensburg; and William McBride, of Holden; her parents, Judy and Denver Wood, of Holden; four brothers, Ernie Hillsman (Amy), of Holden; Steve Hillsman (Mary), of Holden; Doug Kombrink, of Warsaw; and Denver Wood Jr., of Quincy, Mo.; two sisters, Jeanie McIntyre (Jeff), of Holden; and Pennie Kinney, of Oak Grove, Mo.; and three grandchildren, Dominick Pedrow, of Holden; Evan Miller, of Warrensburg, Mo.; and Zachary Taylor, of Warrensburg.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Rhonda McBride Memorial Fund.
