Emma Fischer, News Editor

Emma Fischer is a sophomore currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and a minor in art. As a news editor, she ensures campus events are covered in a factually accurate and unbiased manner. She wrote for her high school newspaper for one semester and joined the Muleskinner in September of her freshman year. Since then, she’s written multiple articles shedding light on the unknown and representing the many sides to all stories. When she graduates, she hopes to have a steady career as a novelist.

Republic is less familiar with the Warrensburg area compared to previous trash company Heartland Waste, which contributes to inconsistent service. While some people are experiencing difficulties getting their trash taken care of, other Warrensburg residents are not having issues.
