Warrensburg Parks and Recreation is accepting registrations for youth basketball for players in second through eighth grades. Players sign up individually and will be assigned to teams. Each team will play a 10-game season on Fridays and Saturdays in Knob Noster, Higginsville and Warrensburg. All players who sign up through WPR must attend an assessment clinic. Assessments schedules are available at the Warrensburg Community Center. Coaches will contact players by Dec. 1. WPR Youth Scholarship is available to assist with the fee. Early bird registration fee is $65 if registered by Nov. 6. The fee is $75 if registered between Nov. 6 and 16. The registration deadline is Nov. 16.
