(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) — Three people were arrested Thursday night after officers served a search warrant in the 400 block of Broad Street.
Officers arrested James T. Swantner, 22, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia; Craig J. Whitman, 22, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Kelly F. Gleason, 32, on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a news release from the Warrensburg Police Department.
All three were booked and released, pending the filing of formal charges, said detective Randy Eich.
Swantner and Whitman both live at 428 Broad St., and Gleason lives in Knob Noster. Warrensburg Police, along with the Warrensburg SERT team and troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, served the search warrant at 10:40 p.m. at 428 Broad St.
Detectives seized approximately 3 ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, numerous marijuana pipes, drug paraphernalia and several stolen street signs from the residence, according to the news release.
