Three Mules earn All-Central Region honors

(Kansas City, Mo.) – Ten MIAA baseball players recently earned All-Central Region honors. Seven players earned first-team honors while three players landed on the second team.
MIAA Player of the Year Michael Schulze, of Missouri Western, repeated that honor at the regional level.
Joining him on the first team were teammates outfielder Bubba Dotson, third baseman Grant Find and pitcher Brandon Simmons. Central Missouri outfielder Kevin Gratza earned first-team honors as did Fort Hays State designated hitter Horace Johnson and Nebraska-Kearney utility player Brian Wuest.
Earning second-team honors were Central Missouri first baseman John Oropeza and utility player Kyle Grieshaber along with Northeastern State outfielder Cody Robinson.
