Mules golfer Sam Parrot earned a Division II PING All-American award from the Golf Coaches Association of America on June 19, according to a press release.
This was his first trip to the NCAA National Championships where he tied for 12th place as an individual. He improved each of his three rounds, finishing the final round with a 7-under-par 65. For three rounds, he was a 4-under-par 212.
Parrot was also named an All-Region performer after finishing third place at the Regional Championship as an individual.
