Impulse Boutique and owners Guy and Jonna Albert offered a discount to faculty and staff of the Warrensburg R-VI School District during the recent tax-holiday weekend.
The store owners also gave a portion of their earnings to the Classroom Impact Grant Program of the Warrensburg Schools Foundation.  The gift will directly benefit teachers of the Warrensburg Schools.
Since 1997, the Classroom Impact Grant program has awarded more than $100,000 to teachers in mini-grants.
“Support from community members like Guy and Jonna Albert encourage us to keep working to fulfill our mission,” said Bob Lotspeich, chair of the Warrensburg Schools Foundation Board. “We appreciate their sponsorship of the Classroom Impact Grant program as we continue to aid teachers in providing the best education possible.”
