Mules up four spots to No. 12 in latest NABC Division II Poll

(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) — The Central Missouri Mules moved up four more spots this week to No. 12 in the latest NABC Division II Men’s Basketball Poll released on Tuesday afternoon. The Mules went 1-0 last week with a win over Southwest Baptist on Saturday.
The Mules (22-4, 13-4 MIAA) garnered 203 points in the poll. Florida Southern (25-1) held down the top spot in the poll for the third week in a row with 400 points and all 16 first-place votes. Bellarmine moved up to No. 2 with Lincoln Memorial third, West Liberty was fourth and Minnesota-State Moorhead moved in to the top five.
UCM is the only MIAA team to appear in the top 25. Northwest Missouri State is receiving votes.
The Mules return to action on Wednesday night with the final home game of the 2014-15 regular season hosting Missouri Western at 7:30 p.m. UCM closes out the regular season on Saturday afternoon at Northwest Missouri at 3:30 p.m.
