Both Central Missouri cross country teams will head to Lawrence, Kansas, Saturday to run in the Rim Rock Farm Collegiate Classic.
The Mules last competed in the Missouri Southern Stampede in Joplin, Missouri, where they picked up a 13th-place finish out of 27 teams. Sophomore Nick Victor was the top finisher with a 18th place finish and time of 25:44.3 in the 7K race.
The Jennies were also in Joplin for the Missouri Southern Stampede taking 20th out of 34 teams. Senior Amy Marx lead the way for the Jennies taking 27th out of 322 runners with a time of 18:27.6 in the 5K race.
Central Missouri’s races in Lawrence are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at Rim Rock Farm.
