The National Tenpin Coaches Association recently named eight Jennies bowlers to the All-Academic team for the 2017-2018 season, according to a press release.
Elizabeth Dunnington, Jacqueline Garcia-Ulloa, Noelle Garrison, Paytynn Kuhns, Kennedi Laughlin, Courtney Long, Brianna Zimmerman and Allivia Zoern received the award.
The NTCA had a record number of student-athletes and teams honored, with 268 athletes representing 55 colleges.
To be recognized for the award, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.4 or higher for the academic year.
