Senior Defensive Back Anthony Wilson dives over a member of the opposing team and attempts to intercept the ball, resulting in Wilson flipping on his head. Despite this incident, Wilson continued playing for the rest of the game with no injuries.

Disney Slumber Party event brings out characters

At Spotlight’s Disney Slumber Party Friday evening senior Thrive student, CJ Brockoff, uses colored pencils at the coloring stationin the Union Ballroom.

Brittani Slinkard, a social studies major, enjoys coloring Disney characters with her friends at the event.

Whitney Jones, a corporate fitness Sophomore, shows her Disney side as she colors at the Spotlight hosted event.

At another station, Lauren Newsome, a senior middle school education major, tests her Disney knowledge with a game of Disney Pictionary.

Students enjoy Disney trivia with a Kahoot game, one of several stations set up to bring out the Disney in those in attendance.
