The first baby of the New Year born at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg is Luke Wayne McLanahan, who was born at 12:11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 1, weighing 8 pounds 13 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.
He is the son of Brett McLanahan and Ariel McLanahan. In honor of WMMC’s first 2018 baby, the parents were presented with a gift basket from the Wishing Well Gift Shop on behalf of the WMMC Auxiliary and a floral arrangement from Corner Floral.
