(WARRENSBURG, Mo.)–The Warrensburg Arts Commission is seeking a two-dimensional design for a 10-foot diameter etched concrete circle that will be permanently installed in the sidewalk on Pine Street.
A prize of $500 will be awarded to the artist whose design is chosen.
