(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) — The Central Missouri Mules fired a final round 287 to capture the Heart of America Invitational title by 14 shots on Tuesday afternoon at Keth Memorial Golf Course, according to a press release.
Sam Migdal shot a final round 68 to finish in a three-way tie for first at one-over par, 214. Migdal lost on the first playoff hole to Max Lazzo of Washburn.
Cy Moritz finished in a tie for seventh at four-over par. Travis Mays was one shot back in a tie for ninth. Teddy Jones finished at +9, 222 to finish in a tie for 28th and Alex Springer was 11-over par in a tie for 31st.
Central Missouri’s number two team finished in 13th place. They were led by Robby Hughey‘s 16th place finish at seven-over par 220. Mason Good finished at +12 in a tie for 33rd. Tyler Hirlinger (+13) was tied for 39th, while Brodie Waaso (+18) and Kyle Brunner (+27) finished in 67th and 92nd place, respectively.
The Mules wrap up the fall portion of their schedule next week at the Missouri Western Invitational at St. Joseph Country Club.
