Council sets public hearing on tax rates

(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) – The Warrensburg City Council will convene public hearings Thursday to set annual tax rates for its general fund and parks department.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 200 S. Holden.
Following the public hearing, the council will have the first and second readings of ordinances approving both tax rates.
In other business, the council will vote on an ordinance to execute a contract with OATS, Inc. for transportation services in Warrensburg.
