The Knob Noster boys’ basketball team defeated the Mack’s Creek Pirates 77-52 Friday at the WK Shootout hosted by State Fair Community College.
The Panthers led 33-32 at halftime. The win moves Knob Noster to 6-3 on the year.
The leading scorers for Knob Noster were David Barton, 14 points, six rebounds, three blocks and three steals; Jon McKinzie, 13 Points, four rebounds and three steals; and Ryan Keckler, 12 points, four rebounds and four assists.
Tommy Willis had 19 points and Cody Eidson had 13 points for Mack’s Creek.
Knob Noster plays the Concordia Orioles Wednesday night in the first round of the Lafayette County Tournament hosted by Higginsville.
