Butler edges Knob Noster 36-30

The Knob Noster boys basketball team dropped its first game of the season to the Butler Bears 36-30 in the opening game of the Warsaw Tournament.
The Panthers trailed just 15-12 at halftime.
“The Panthers were plagued with foul troubles (3 members fouled out) and poor free throw shooting (3/10) throughout the game,” said Knob Noster coach Adam C. Easterwood.
The leading scorers for the Panthers were Brett Marsh, 10 points, and Ryan Keckler, seven points.
