Annalee 'Annie' Grace (Hilsabeck) Willcockson

Annalee “Annie” Grace Hilsabeck Willcockson, 95, of Deepwater, Missouri died Monday, Sept. 3, six hours and 20 minutes before her 96th birthday, in her home with her daughter in Deepwater.
Annie’s wishes were to be cremated without services.
Annie was born Sept. 4, 1921, in Dawson, Missouri, the daughter of Herman and Dolly Gaither Hilsabeck. In the 1930’s, at the age of 10, the family moved to the Austin, Missouri, area. On Nov. 19, 1939, Annie was united in marriage to James Elmer Willcockson in Norris, Missouri. The couple farmed near Chilhowee, Missouri, for several years prior to purchasing a farm near Blairstown, Missouri, in 1973.
Her husband, Elmer preceded her in death in 1997. Shortly thereafter, Annie moved to Deepwater. She loved vegetable gardening, quilting and especially, spending time with her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Bain and husband, Pat, of the home; Carol Hardesty of Augusta, Georgia; and Mary McConnell of Warrensburg, Missouri; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Elmer she was preceded in death by two sisters: Bernice Patterson and Aileen Brockhaus; and two brothers: Vernon Hilsabeck and Keith Hilsabeck.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to Compassus Hospice at 270 Chestnut Street, Osceola, Missouri 64776.
Arrangements entrusted to Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden.
