(VALPARAISO, Ind.) — The UCM Jennies Bowling team won the Valparaiso Invitational on Sunday.
The Jennies beat Arkansas State 4-0 in the finals to claim the title.
The Jennies finished the three-day event 10-3 overall to claim their second tournament championship in three events this season.
Individually, senior Natalie Jimenez was an All-Tournament Team selection after posting the fifth best score, an average of 216.6, over the three-day tournament.
Mary Wells was eighth with a 211.8 average and teammate Kara Richard was right behind her in ninth averaging 210.
The Jennies are back in action next weekend at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawk Classic Nov. 16-18 in Princess Anne, Md.
