Martha Katherine Lattimer

Martha Katherine Lattimer, 98, of Holden, Missouri, died May 14, at Holden Manor Care Center.
Visitation is scheduled for 1-2 p.m. Thursday, May 18, at the First Baptist Church, 601 S. Market in Holden. Services will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. at the church with Pastor Justin Locke officiating. Interment will be at the Kingsville Cemetery.
Martha was born Jan. 3, 1919, in Dell, Arkansas, to James Robert Morris and Martha Mae (Ozee) Morris. Martha worked for the Holden School District as a secretary to the School Board for many years. Martha was a member of the Holden First Baptist Church and volunteered with the Holden Garden Club for many years.
Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Calvin Lattimer, in 1999; two brothers, Lowell Morris and Gerald Morris; a sister, Nigal Overton, and step-sister, Wilma Cook.
Surviving her passing are one son, Martin Lattimer, and wife, Marilyn, of Leavenworth, Kansas; two daughters, Lorraine McCloud and husband, Gene, of Kingsville, Missouri; and Gail Riffle and husband, Donald, of Harrisonville, Missouri; 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church Holden in memory of Martha K. Lattimer.
Arrangements entrusted to Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.
