Charles Henry Judd

Charles Henry Judd, 89, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, formerly of Knob Noster, Missouri, died Wednesday, July 13, at his daughter’s home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at First Christian Church in Knob Noster with Brother Charles Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in Knob Noster Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at the church.
Charles was born April 1, 1927, in Knob Noster, the son of James and Gladys (Rhynerson) Judd.
He and Ruth Evelyn Burton were united in marriage on Aug. 4, 1948, in Indianola, Iowa. She preceded him in death on Nov. 24, 2000.
Charles is survived by two sons, Michael Ray Judd, of Joplin, and Leland Wayne Judd, of Rogers, Arkansas; a daughter, Debra Lynette Scott, of Fayetteville; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth; two daughters, Linda Diane and Vicki Lynn Judd; and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan Nelson and Mara Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Show-Me Christian Youth Home and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
