(WATERLOO, Iowa) — The Jennies Golf team matched their opening round 351 with another 351 in the second and final round to finish in fifth place on Saturday at the Upper Iowa Invitational at Sunnyside Country Club.
Taelyn Entriken finished in a tie for seventh place after shooting an 81 in the final round to finish at 167. ClassmateShelby Crawley was five shots back with a 172 and in 16th place. Kelly Welker shot a final round 90 to finish at 175 and in 16th place.
Maranda Smith finished with a 188 and Alexa Boatman had a 190 to finish in 30th and 31st place, respectively.
Katie Kruchten of St. Cloud State was the individual medalist with a 160, 16-over par. Concordia-St. Paul brought home the team title with a two-round total of 665.
The Jennies are back in action April 12-13 when they take part in The Triton hosted by the University of Missouri-St. Louis at Norwood Country Club in St. Louis.
