Janet Louise Wheeler, 58, of Holden, Mo., died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at home.
Visitation will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10 at Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home, Holden, Mo.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.
Janet was born March 21, 1956 in Appleton City, Mo., the daughter of Earl E. Beardslee and Wynema L. (White) Beardslee. Janet graduated from Clinton High School. She married Ronnie Wheeler, June 25, 1988. Janet worked as a bookkeeper in nursing homes and in other small businesses over the years. Janet served as a VFW Ladies Auxiliary member in Holden and an Eastern Star member of Warrensburg.
She is survived by husband Ronnie Wheeler, of the home; four sons, Kenneth Dewey
Wheeler, of the home; Lucas Vance Wheeler, of the home; Jerimiah Linn Wheeler, of the home; and
Steve Lee Wheeler, Independence, Mo; two brothers, Mike Beardslee and wife Mary, of Mexico, Mo.;
Paul Beardslee and wife Debbie, of Clinton, Mo.; one sister, Carol Davis, of Lowery City, Mo.; six
grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several Nieces and Nephews.
Cremation was under the direction of Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.
