Soda machines broken into across campus

(WARRENSBURG, Mo., digitalBURG) — Reports from UCM Public Safety regarding damaged soda machines poured in from five different campus buildings.
All of the reports were filed Sept. 14 by campus employees. The only report where money was not taken from the vandalized machines came from the W.C. Morris building. All of the machines were found with the LEDs pushed and money taken from the cash boxes.
More vending machines, many owned by The Coca-Cola Co., were broken into in the Martin, Wood and Ward Edwards buildings, and the James C. Kirkpatrick Library.
The investigation of property damage and thefts is ongoing.
