Chester Keith Bond

Chester Keith Bond, 33, of Buckner, Missouri, formerly of Holden and La Monte, died Sunday, June 29, at his residence.
There will be a celebration of life service at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg with the Rev. Judy Bidwell officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. 
Chester was born July 14, 1980, in Clinton, Missouri, the son of G. Wayne Bond and Patty (Fleener) Bond. He lived in Holden until moving with his family to La Monte in the fifth grade. He graduated from La Monte High School. Chester served in the United States Marine Corps from September 1998 until September of 2002. Following his discharge, he made his home in Oak Grove, where he was a self-employed carpet installer for several years. For the past two years, he has resided in Buckner. Chester was employed at a box manufacturing company at the time of his passing. He was an avid fisherman and he loved camping.
Survivors include his mother, Patty Bond of Centerview, Missouri; sister, Kandi Bond-Bidwell and husband, John, of Oak Grove; brother, David Bond of Sedalia, Missouri; son, Tyler Bond of Grain Valley, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
