UCM bowler represents US at World Championships

(ARLINGTON, Texas) — Central Missouri Jennies bowler Mary Wells has been selected to represent Junior Team USA at the World Bowling Youth Championships.
Wells was one of four females selected to represented the United States at the World Championships.

The championships will take place Aug. 8-15 in Hong Kong and all rounds of competition will be broadcast on Bowl.com‘s BowlTV. The World Youth Championships features singles, doubles, team, all-events and match-play Masters.

Wells recently completed her sophomore season at UCM where she earned Third Team NTCA All-America honors after leading the team with a 204.22 average. She had four top-six finishes and six top 25 finishes. She was named to two All-Tournament Teams during the season. It was her second straight All-America honor.
