Shirley M. Potts, 77, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Friday, June 13, at Harmony Gardens in Warrensburg.
A funeral Mass will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 16, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warrensburg with Father Joe Miller, C.P.P.S., officiating. Interment will follow in Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Monday at the church.
Shirley was born on Aug. 3, 1936, in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of George L. and Legora (Smith) Kohlbusch. She was united in marriage to Robert W. Potts on May 1, 1954, in Hermann, Missouri. In 1966, Warrensburg became their permanent home.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Shirley enjoyed traveling with her husband, playing cards and bingo. Her greatest love was bowling, and she enjoyed competing in state and national tournaments. She also enjoyed cooking and avidly collecting recipes and cookbooks.
She is survived by her husband, Bob, of 60 years; two daughters, Theresa and Jim Tally of Clinton, Missouri; and Karen Gonzalez and Andy Gelbach of Warrenburg; a daughter-in-law, Sonia Potts of Columbia, Missouri; four grandchildren, Lindsey Talley, Ashley Glover and husband, Jason; Ethan Potts and Sam Gonzalez. She was preceded in death by both parents; three sons, Robert, Byron and Duane; and son-in-law, Mario Gonzalez Jr.
