Task force arrests nearly 2 dozen in Poplar Bluff

(POPLAR BLUFF, Mo., AP) — More than 20 people in the southeast Missouri town of Poplar Bluff are expected to face charges after a sting involving several police agencies.
In addition to about two dozen arrests, a suspected methamphetamine lab was taken down, a sawed-off shotgun was seized and what police characterized as a substantial amount of heroin was collected.
