Rebecca Lynn “Becky” Blackburn, 64, of Tenstrike, Minnesota, died Monday, May 26, at the Meadowlands Assisted Living in Tenstrike.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 2, at Sunset Hill Cemetery with Father Joseph Miller officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Monday, June 2, at Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, Missouri.
She was born Sept. 24, 1949, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Luther and Marjorie (Weaver) Fisher.
Becky grew up in Independence and attended school there. The family moved to Boonville, Missouri; Salina, Kansas; and Warrensburg, where she graduated from high school. Rebecca attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. She married Ralph “Ed” Blackburn in Missouri. They lived in Louisiana, California, Hawaii, and then Florida. Rebecca then lived in Michigan and Bemidji, Minnesota, for the past six years. She enjoyed doing people’s hair, collecting dolls and liked antiques and traveling.
Rebecca is survived by her brother, Bill (Jolyn) Fisher of Bemidj; sister in-law, Barbara Fisher of Bemidji; niece, Billie (Jon) Sikkila of Mt. Iron, Minnesota; and nephews Blake (Brenda) Fisher of Andover, Minnesota; and Brad (Eva) Fisher of Bemidji.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Marjorie Fisher; brother, Ronald Fisher; son, Christopher Blackburn; and daughter, Stacie Blackburn.
