Mules golf finish 15th in Indy

(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.)University of Central Missouri Mules golf shot a final round score of 316 to finish in 15th place at the Brickyard Crossing Invitational Tuesday afternoon at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Club in Indianapolis.
The Mules top individual performers were Robby Hughey, who finished in a tie for 39th with a score of 227, and Travis Mays, who posted a score of 228 to finish in a tie for 41st.
Barry University took the team tournament title, firing a final round score of 290 to finish with a final score of 857, seven under par.
Barry University golfer Berry Jole claimed the top individual score, hitting a three-round score of 207, good for nine under par.
The Mules return to action next Monday and Tuesday when they travel to Tulsa, Okla., to participate in the Northeastern State Invitational at the Emerald Falls Golf Club.
