Annie Reilly named MIAA Specialist of the Week

(Kansas City, Mo.) — Annie Reilly, sophomore libero, was named the MIAA Specialist of the Week this week. Reilly currently leads the MIAA in serving aces with 46 total this season, and is third in the MIAA in digs, with an average of 4.96 per set.
Reilly averaged 5.00 digs per set as the Jennies stayed unbeaten with two wins last week. In the five set win over No. 18 Truman, Reilly had 25 digs, seven assists as well as a service ace and a kill. She followed that up with 15 digs and three service aces in the straight sets win over Missouri Western. Reilly is a native of Overland Park, Kan. where she competed at St. James Academy.
Reilly is the third member of the Central Missouri squad to recieve a player of the week nod, Taylor Goodness and Julia Bates were also honored in the first and second week of the season.
